I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not very big, but nice and comfortable with a balcony offering a view of the plaza at any time, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness was well maintained. However, the service was a bit up-and-down, friendly at breakfast but not so much at reception, and facing a fare increase upon airport arrival was frustrating. The location was excellent, right on the main square with easy access to restaurants and shops. Dining was a hit or miss with good original dishes but with room for improvement on overall quality. The hotel has some positive aspects like great views and conveniences but also had its share of negatives like uncomfortable situations and price disagreements.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and had comfortable beds, but the noise from other rooms and outside coming through the bathroom was a bit bothersome. The service was excellent, very friendly, and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the main square and close to everything.
